Making Walking Routes Accessible to Everyone

Dinobomb s.r.o. started because we saw a gap in how people experience walking trails. There's tons of information out there, but it's scattered, outdated, or doesn't match what you actually find on the ground. We're focused on changing that.

Since our launch, we've documented over 40 distinct walking routes across Czech Republic — from Prague's riverside paths to Bohemian countryside trails. We've trained ourselves on seasonal changes, difficulty ratings, and what actually matters when you're planning a day out. Every guide we create comes from real experience, not just copying what's already online.

We believe walking should be simple. Pick a route, understand what you're getting into, and actually enjoy it without the confusion. That's what we do.

What We Know Best

Four core areas where we've built genuine expertise over years of research and on-trail verification

Prague Riverside Walks

We've mapped every significant riverside path in Prague, from the Charles Bridge upstream to Vyšehrad. You'll know which paths are best for photography, which are quietest, and where the cafes actually are worth stopping at.

Bohemian Countryside Trails

Beyond the city limits lie some of Central Europe's finest countryside walks. We've tested trails through forests, past historical villages, and around pristine lakes. Distance, difficulty, and what you'll actually see — we've got the details.

Historical Town Routes

Medieval streets, hidden squares, Renaissance architecture. We've created walking routes through Czech Republic's most interesting historic towns. Each route connects the stories behind the buildings, not just the buildings themselves.

Seasonal Trail Guides

Spring wildflowers look different in May than June. Autumn colors peak at different times each year. We track seasonal conditions and tell you exactly when each route shows its best side.

How We Build Our Trail Guides

We don't just compile information from other websites. We actually walk the routes. Multiple times, in different seasons, at different times of day.

Here's what we do for every single trail:

1

Scout the Route

We walk it end-to-end, noting tricky sections, unexpected obstacles, and actual conditions on the ground.

2

Measure Accurately

Distance, elevation gain, terrain type — we collect real data so you're not surprised halfway through.

3

Test Seasonally

We revisit routes across all seasons to understand how conditions change and what's genuinely worth seeing at each time of year.

4

Document Thoroughly

Parking details, bathroom locations, cafes, water sources — everything you actually need to know goes into the guide.

The Real Impact of Good Trail Information

"We used dinobomb s.r.o.'s guide for the Bohemian countryside walk and didn't have a single moment of confusion. The details about the muddy section and where to refill water made all the difference. We'll be using their guides for every trip back to Prague."

— Martin K., Regular Trail Walker

Walking shouldn't require guesswork. You shouldn't arrive at a trailhead without knowing if it's a 90-minute loop or a full-day commitment. You shouldn't discover halfway up that you've got the wrong shoes or that parking's actually impossible on weekends.

Good trail information prevents frustration. It also opens up routes that people might otherwise avoid because they're uncertain. That's why we're here — to remove the barriers between someone and a great walk.

What Guides Everything We Do

Accuracy First

We won't publish a guide until we've verified it ourselves. That means you're getting information we'd actually trust for our own walks.

For All Levels

Whether you're planning a gentle stroll or a challenging hike, we've got routes with honest difficulty ratings and clear descriptions of what to expect.

Continuously Updated

Things change. Trails close, new ones open, seasonal conditions shift. We keep our guides current so you're always working with the latest information.

Educational

We're not just listing routes. We teach you about the landscape, history, ecology, and culture you'll encounter on every walk.
